Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Care Manager to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading the care and nursing teams to deliver high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism, and complex mental health needs.
The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of best practice in nursing care and excellent clinical and communication skills. They will also have an enthusiastic approach to encouraging and motivating people, as well as the ability to work confidently on their own initiative.
We offer a competitive salary of £21.20 per hour, plus a range of benefits including excellent supervision, peer support, learning opportunities, and career prospects.
About the Role:
- Leading the care and nursing teams to ensure we meet the medical, physical, and emotional needs of the individuals we support.
- Maintaining and continuously developing high standards of care and driving continuous improvement.
- Overseeing and managing all clinical elements and risks within the unit.
