We are Eden Futures, a leading provider of support services for individuals with disabilities and mental health conditions.

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Regional Office team in Stoke-on-Trent. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our internal and external customers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.

This is a part-time permanent role, working 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check prior to commencing employment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative duties, including opening and distributing mail, sending post and packages, photocopying, maintaining stationery levels and consumables, faxing, and filing
  • Manning the office switchboard
  • Maintaining emails, responding to and forwarding on emails as required
  • Organising venues for meetings and forums
  • Working closely with the Recruitment Team to provide support in conducting telephone screenings, ensuring the ATS system is kept up to date, and arranging interviews with the operations team
  • Maintaining Health and Safety in the working environment
  • Overseeing the maintenance of systems, including key cupboard, stationery stock, booking out of equipment, and ensuring all resources are maintained

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Previous administration experience working within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and in-house systems
  • Good communication skills
