SLT Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient SLT Administrator to provide administrative support to our Regional Care Director in the North region.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing, to ensure the RCD's time is utilized effectively.
Main Responsibilities- Support the RCD with tasks to be more efficient by developing and maintaining office systems
- Organize and maintain the RCD's diary and work schedules
- Arrange travel and accommodation as needed
- Occasionally travel to branch locations to take notes and actions
- Screen phone calls, enquiries, and requests, and handle them when appropriate
- Collate and produce reports as required
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a driver with previous administrative experience. You will be flexible in meeting business needs, whether working independently or as part of a team. You will be energetic, self-motivated, and driven to succeed, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
You will possess strong word processing and IT skills, excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be capable of building effective relationships internally and externally.
