**The Role**:
**_Term Time only Data Consultant_**

This role plays a key part in the customer journey by expertly delivering product demonstrations to prospects, as well as delivering training, consultancy and onboarding sessions. The Sisra Consultant Team provide a first-class service to ensure schools are fully equipped with the necessary skills and confidence they need to use the products going forward.

One of the main responsibilities of a Data Consultant is to deliver interactive training sessions to schools, predominantly online, to administrative and teaching staff. This includes one-to-one sessions focusing on administration and set-up, as well as larger groups of school staff, such as report training for SLT, middle leaders and class teachers. Therefore, confident training delivery skills are essential to this role.

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

- Deliver demonstrations of Sisra solutions and other Juniper services
- Support the onboarding of new to Sisra schools
- Create and deliver online training courses and webinars
- Host training and CPD sessions both online and onsite
- Ensure up to date professional knowledge of DfE policy for KS2-5
- Host termly online regional DataMeets for school data staff, providing attendees an opportunity to network and share best practice
- Provide bespoke onsite and online consultancy to schools in the local area
- Support a variety of events and represent Juniper Education at exhibitions, community days and conferences
- Collaborate across the business with key stakeholders in similar roles to share best practice
- Collaborate within the team to ensure awareness of customer activities for advocacy or churn
- Work closely with the Customer Success and Support teams to ensure awareness of customer activity within the regional territories and pass on information as required
- Willing to undertake training and continued professional development
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Attend face to face team meetings each term in our Newark office
- Willingness and ability to travel with occasional overnight stays, as and when required
