Data Entry Specialist

We have an excellent opportunity to join an established, successful, and global business based out of Newark. The Data Entry Specialist role is full time, permanent and will offer hybrid/flexible working after a period of training/probation.
Annual Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 (Dependant on Experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:00
This role would suit someone who is an Excel and Data whizz, someone who has excellent attention to detail and can spot anomalies within datasets. You will need to be confident entering and analysing data across different systems as this role plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and supporting data management efforts.
You will be joining a small to medium sized team who all support each other within a vibrant office environment and personality is key to building relationships with other colleagues and offices within the business.
Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Accurately enter and update key data into the company’s databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Organise and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility of information.
- Collaborate with various offices to gather and input data related to transactions, contracts, and other relevant information to provide updates on data entry progress.
- Assist in the creation and generation of reports, summaries, and presentations based on the entered data, as required by different departments.
- Provide support in other administrative tasks as necessary within the Group environment.
