About the Role:

As a Marketing Associate, you will work closely with account executives and marketing managers to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business results. You will be responsible for analyzing data and measuring the impact of campaigns, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement. Your creative thinking and analytical skills will be essential in developing innovative marketing solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and website.
  • Analyze data and measure the impact of campaigns to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

What We Offer:

  • Salary – Up to £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
