Social Worker

We are currently looking for a skilled social worker to fill the role of Disability Support Services Social Worker.
The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in social work, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine interest in supporting individuals with disabilities.
This is a unique chance to contribute to the well-being of children and young people with disabilities, their families, and caregivers. As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive support plans, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and promoting inclusive practices.
Key duties include:
- Designing and delivering person-centered support plans
- Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure cohesive service delivery
- Negotiating with stakeholders to optimize service outcomes
- Preparing detailed reports for review by senior management
We offer a rewarding compensation package of £40,000 - £47,000 per annum, plus a retirement plan, relocation assistance, paid time off, and prospects for professional advancement.
