Child and Family Support Worker

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete reviews of care packages and develop creative support plans
- Liaise with partners to ensure services are provided efficiently and effectively
- Identify safeguarding concerns and refer on in a timely way
- Present recommendations to the Resource Panel for authorisation
Requirements:
- A Social Work degree and completed ASYE
- Social Work England registration
- Experience as a Social Worker in a similar role
