Job Title: Child and Adolescent Family Therapist

**About the Role:**We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Child and Adolescent Family Therapist to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialist assessment, treatment, and support to children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues, as well as their families.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of working with complex cases, including those with co-morbid difficulties and special needs. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, carers, and other professionals.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide an efficient, effective, comprehensive, and specialist family therapy service for children and adolescents with emotional, behavioural, and mental health issues, as well as their carers/parents and families.- Contribute to the multi-disciplinary assessment and treatment of children and adolescents with emotional and mental health issues, alongside their carers/parents and families.- Undertake a variety of highly specialist clinical work, urgent assessments, parenting support, and handle specialist cases.

**What We Offer:**
- An estimated salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience- A range of benefits, including a High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of basic salary (with a minimum of £4,313 to a maximum of £5,436 pro rata for part time)- The opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities- The chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and adolescents with mental health issues and their families.

A comprehensive induction program will be provided, including mandatory training, systems training, and equipment allocation. The role will be subject to a probationary period.
