As a Child Protection Specialist with our Adolescent Team, you will be working alongside a multidisciplinary group of professionals to provide expert care and guidance to young people who have been victims of exploitation or are at risk of harm. Your role will involve developing strong relationships with partner agencies and working collaboratively to create safe and supportive environments for our most vulnerable children.
In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our young people and contribute to the delivery of our ambitious aims. With a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus a £2,500 recruitment and retention allowance, generous pension scheme, and annual leave up to 31 days, we offer an attractive package that reflects the value we place on our staff. Furthermore, our extensive training and development programme will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role.
