Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and providing services to children and families in need
  • Undertaking high-quality, analytical assessments within statutory timescales
  • Working with other agencies to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Executing statutory duties to children in care
  • Contributing to the planning and development of services provided by the team

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised qualification in social work
  • Experience of working with vulnerable children and families
  • Strong analytical and assessment skills
  • Ability to work effectively with other agencies
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
