About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans in consultation with residents, ensuring their needs and goals are met.
  • Promote person-centered planning and involvement, empowering residents to make informed decisions about their lives.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident interactions, progress, and support plans.
  • Liaise with other services and agencies to ensure residents receive comprehensive support and advocacy.
  • Support residents in daily tasks, such as shopping, appointments, and meal preparation.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, promoting resident well-being and independence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless support and care for residents.
About You

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who shares our commitment to supporting young people. You will have:

  • Experience in a support worker setting, preferably in residential childcare.
  • A strong passion for improving young people's lives and a desire to develop a vocation in support work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
