About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Growth Officer to join our team at Mason Blake. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Nordics region.

Salary:

£100,000 - £160,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for:

  • Driving sales growth in the Nordics region, expanding our institutional client base.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing existing relationships.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets, including direct prospecting, conference attendance, roadshows, and targeted campaigns.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales skills with a track record of business development success.
  • Detailed knowledge of the Nordics Institutional market, key dynamics, growth areas, and macro trends.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to articulate long-term trends and product gaps to internal stakeholders.
