Key Responsibilities- Work in partnership with the service manager, delivering robust clinical leadership alongside operational leadership and contributing to the development of this dynamic service.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with urgent mental health needs in the community, making complex decisions and keeping collaboration and patient choice at the heart of what you do.
- Work independently and as part of the multi-disciplinary CAHTT teams, leading in the assessment and treatment of complex patients.
- Collaborate with partners across Primary and Secondary Care to ensure the most appropriate input is delivered in the most appropriate location.
