About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineer VP to lead our Agile Release Train (ART) events and processes. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events and processes.
  • Manage risks and dependencies, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
  • Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in SAFe and Agile methodologies.
  • Manage and optimize program flow, facilitating PI Planning and readiness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required;
  • Extensive experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus;
  • Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods;
  • Understanding of company organizational model, structure, and Agile journey history;
  • Coaching and mentoring approaches, including the distinction between the two;
  • Experience successfully running agile projects of varying size and complexity.
