Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Professional to join our team at LMA Recruitment in Central London.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to Senior Managers, including coordinating meetings, managing communications, and planning events.

  • Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments, ensuring seamless coordination with Senior Managers
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Plan and arrange domestic/international travel, processing expenses promptly and efficiently
  • Organize events as required, showcasing exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Arrange meetings, booking meeting rooms, greeting visitors, and arranging refreshments when necessary
  • Produce minutes/a record of meetings as requested, demonstrating excellent communication skills
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized and focused
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution of tasks
  • Ability to work proactively, using initiative and minimal supervision
