Join us as a Youth Development Coordinator at Tripod Executive and contribute to our efforts in addressing exploitative situations affecting vulnerable children and young people in Barking and Dagenham.

As a member of our Adolescent team, you will use a contextual safeguarding approach to tackle issues faced by children outside the family home. You will also engage children and young people affected by exploitation, requiring a sound understanding of adolescent development and contextual safeguarding.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Social Work degree or DipSW, registration with Social Work England, and completion of your ASYE. A comprehensive screening process, including an Enhanced Children's Department of Barring Services check, will be undertaken on successful applicants.

We offer a competitive pay package, including £2.5k recruitment and retention allowance, generous pension, relocation package, annual leave up to 31 days, and investment in your learning and development.
