Youth Development Coordinator

We are seeking a Youth Development Coordinator to join our team at an independent school in Islington.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating youth development initiatives that promote child growth and well-being. This involves working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and engaging learning environment.
The ideal candidate will plan and deliver educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of young children. They will also develop individualized plans for children with additional needs, guaranteeing each child receives the necessary support.
Fostering strong relationships with parents is essential, establishing trust and cooperation between home and school.
Requirements:- Desirable qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years, Graduate in Education or a Core Subject, GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths.
- Experience: Some hands-on experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting.
£29,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
