SEN Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a SEN Support Professional. This role involves providing high-quality support to learners with complex needs, including SEMH, PDA, ASD, EBSA, and ADHD.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with learners who have SEN needs and be able to develop and implement tailored teaching strategies to meet their SEMH and ASD needs. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.

Requirements:
- Experience working with learners who have SEN needs
- Knowledge of the English, Maths, and/or Science curriculum from KS1-GCSE

- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping students achieve their full potential
Location: Oxford
Salary: £8,320 per annum (pro-rata £83.40 per week)
