Multidisciplinary Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Multidisciplinary Team Lead to join our team at Evolve Psychology Services Ltd. As a leading provider of psychological services, we require an experienced professional to manage our multidisciplinary team and oversee comprehensive specialist assessments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the multidisciplinary team comprising psychology, Speech and language therapists, OT, paediatricians, and assistant psychologists.
- Be a point of contact for all matters related to the day-to-day running of the local service.
- Monitor contract mobilisation and service delivery.
- Oversight locally of company strategy.
- Clinical governance.
- Have a clinical overview of all current assessment cases in the clinic.
Requirements:
- HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or NMC registered nurse or Neurodevelopmental practitioner experience with specialist training.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Experience in conducting diagnostic Neurodevelopmental/Specialist developmental assessments with children and/or adults.
- Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and appropriate assessment tools for Autism and ADHD.
