Lead Scrub Surgical Team Member

We are seeking an experienced Scrub Practitioner to join our team at a leading private hospital group in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives through exceptional, personalised care.
About the RoleThis Scrub Practitioner role offers a unique blend of clinical expertise and interpersonal skills, working closely with our dedicated team to deliver outstanding patient care. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and hygiene in the operating theatre.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is up to £38,000 per annum, plus a one-time joining bonus of £3,000 (terms and conditions apply). In addition, we offer a range of benefits that reflect our commitment to supporting the well-being of our staff.
Key Responsibilities- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
