About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Team Manager to lead our Eating Disorder Service. The successful candidate will work alongside our clinical teams to provide innovative and forward-thinking care to adults experiencing difficulties associated with eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a highly skilled multidisciplinary team in the field of adult community eating disorders.
  • Work flexibly to provide leadership and deliver a good quality service.
  • Undertake a liaison role between our service, acute trusts, community teams, social care services, and locality mental health teams, police, GPs and other relevant agencies.
  • Contribute to Trust wide initiatives in conjunction with other Team Leaders.
  • Undertake Performance Management with staff and monitor compliance with mandatory training.
  • Develop a good working relationship with local ICB and ensure all required Key Performance Indicators are met.
  • Participate in recruitment and actively enhance retention through the quality agenda.
  • Oversee management of risk within the service.
