Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Support Worker to join our Norfolk Community Adult Eating Disorder service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with eating disorders.

Main Duties:

  • Work collaboratively and independently with supervision to provide intensive community support to patients.
  • Visit patients in their homes, supporting them during meal and snack times, and accompanying them on shopping trips and eating out.
  • Facilitate 'well-being' calls to patients and support Occupational Therapists.

Please note: This role requires independent travel around the county, and a full UK driving licence is essential.
