We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Manager to lead our Adult Specialist Mental Health Team in the Norfolk Community Eating Disorder Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a highly skilled multidisciplinary team and providing leadership and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to individuals with eating disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of professionals to provide therapeutic interventions and planned care to individuals with eating disorders.
- Work collaboratively with our Clinical Nurse Specialists, Consultant Psychiatrist, and Consultant Psychologist to develop and implement care plans.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with local stakeholders, including GPs, acute trusts, and community teams.
- Contribute to the development of the service as a placement area for student nurses and psychology students.
- Participate in recruitment and actively enhance retention through the quality agenda.

Requirements- Management qualification or evidence of managerial experience up to postgraduate level in the NHS or equivalent.
- Experience working with people with mental health needs, particularly those with eating disorders.
- Community experience in adult mental health services.
- Recent experience in the management of clinical risk for adults with acute mental illness.
- Ability to demonstrate commitment to high-quality care and service provision.
