Clinical Team Lead

Evolve Psychology Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and paediatricians.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and overseeing comprehensive specialist assessments, including diagnostic assessments of individuals with suspected Autism and/or ADHD. You will be responsible for monitoring contract mobilisation and service delivery, as well as overseeing the implementation of company strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the multidisciplinary team
- Being a point of contact for all matters related to the day-to-day running of the local service
- Guiding other clinicians in the assessment process
- Monitoring contract and local KPIs
- Clinical governance
- Problem-solving issues in the clinic
- Supporting newer members of the team
- Identifying issues in clinic processes and working to resolve them
- Escalating issues and working with senior leadership to resolve
- Attending company events and management meetings
Requirements:
- HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or NMC registered nurse
- Neurodevelopmental practitioner experience with specialist training
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
- Experience in conducting diagnostic Neurodevelopmental/Specialist developmental assessments with children and/or adults
- Experience working with children and/or adults with neurodevelopmental disorders or mental health difficulties in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and appropriate assessment tools for Autism and ADHD
- Knowledge of differential diagnosis
- ADOS-2/ADI-R trained
- Ideally QB Trained
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience of team and service management
