Job Description

We're seeking a motivated and positive Senior Care Assistant to drive a team of Care Assistants in delivering high-quality, personal care to our residents. As a key member of the care team, you'll be responsible for running a unit, supporting clinical duties, and managing a team of Care Assistants. You'll also have the opportunity to inspire, develop, and nurture your team members to be their best every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Day-to-day responsibility for running a unit">
  • Supporting with clinical duties, including observing, issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and accurate record keeping">
  • Driving and managing a team of Care Assistants, including responsible for all shift handovers">
  • Helping with training and supervision of new staff members">
  • Building relationships with residents, their families, and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses">
  • Assisting residents with a range of personal care duties">

Requirements
