">We're looking for a highly motivated and caring Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Ardenlea Court Care Home in Solihull. As a key member of the care team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality, personal care to our residents and driving a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care.
">About the Role
">This is a permanent, full-time position, working 33-44 hours per week. The shift pattern will include 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am shifts, with flexibility to work between Monday-Sunday, including alternate weekends.
">Responsibilities

- Provide daily living assistance to residents, including personal care, bathing, and dressing">
- Support with clinical duties, including observing, issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and accurate record keeping">
- Manage a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they are trained and supported to deliver high-quality care">
- Build relationships with residents, their families, and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses">
- Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and improve your skills and knowledge">
- Contribute to the overall success of the care home by participating in quality improvement initiatives and suggesting ideas for improvement">
