Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships, engage and build trust, and provide training and support.
  • Collaborate with sales and management to plan targeted campaigns and timelines.
  • Conduct call campaigns, achieve monthly KPIs, and qualify inbound sales meetings.
  • Provide product quotations, support design solutions, and share feedback with the sales team.
  • Support sales events, exhibitions, and customer-facing events.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar or sales-based role, managing your own client base with KPIs & targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong drive to achieve customer success.
