Job Description

Developrec is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Owner to lead our Enterprise Data team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of our data storage and pipelining capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple feature teams to build and deliver data products that meet customer expectations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and value stream PO to understand needs, prioritize requirements, and define the product vision and roadmap.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring a holistic approach to technology and business.
  • Accountable for delivering the strategy defined by the Product Manager/Business Owner and supported by the Value Stream Product Owner.
  • Responsible for coordinating Epics through the ART Kanban and guiding the breakdown of Epics into Features in collaboration with Solution Architect/Tech Lead/RTE.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, team members, and product owners.
  • Agile leadership, facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog refinement.
  • SAFe Agile experience.
  • Strong dependency management and effective resolution of risks and issues to drive successful outcomes for the Digital Delivery teams.
  • Strong influencing skills – the ability to explain to various senior executives and partners why you're prioritising one feature over another in a release (using evidence and data to back up your decision-making process).

Desirable Skills:

  • Relevant industry experience in data.
  • Understanding and knowledge of Data Warehouse.
  • Experience of BI reporting.
  • End-to-end Data Estate.
