About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead our Enterprise Data team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering our data storage and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a number of feature teams to build and deliver data storage and analytics solutions
  • Work closely with stakeholders and value stream PO to understand needs, prioritize requirements, and define the product vision and roadmap
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring a holistic approach to technology and business
  • Responsible for delivering the strategy defined by the Product Manager/Business Owner and supported by the Value Stream Product Owner
  • Accountable for defining Epics and Stories within the various feature teams
  • Accountable for prioritizing the feature team Backlog within the various feature teams
  • Responsible for coordinating Epic(s) through the ART Kanban and guides breakdown of the Epic into Features in collaboration with Solution Architect/Tech Lead/RTE
Requirements
  • Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, team members, and product owners
  • Agile leadership, facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog refinement
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • SAFe Agile experience
  • Strong dependency management and effective resolution of risks and issues to drive successful outcomes for the Digital Delivery teams
  • Strong influencing skills – the ability to explain to various senior executives and partners why you're prioritizing one feature over another in a release (using evidence and data to back up your decision-making process)
  • Relevant industry experience in data
  • Understanding and knowledge of Data Warehouse
  • Experience of BI reporting
  • End-to-end Data Estate
