We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Owner to lead our Enterprise Data team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering strategic initiatives and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multiple feature teams to build and deliver products that meet customer expectations and deliver value incrementally in an agile and iterative manner.
- Work closely with stakeholders and value stream PO to understand needs, prioritize requirements, and define the product vision and roadmap.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring a holistic approach to technology and business.
- Responsible for delivering the strategy defined by the Product Manager/Business Owner and supported by the Value Stream Product Owner.
- Accountable for defining Epics and Stories within the various feature teams.
- Accountable for prioritizing the feature team Backlog within the various feature teams.
- Responsible for coordinating Epic(s) through the ART Kanban and guiding breakdown of the Epic into Features in collaboration with Solution Architect/Tech Lead/RTE.
- Owns multiple feature team vision and missions. Responsible for communicating the Vision and Roadmap during PI planning so that teams are aligned and ready to execute against.
- Accountable for prioritizing the ART backlog and ensuring regulatory timelines are met for their products.
- Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, team members, and product owners.
- Agile Leadership, facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Stakeholder engagement.
- SAFe Agile experience.
- Strong dependency management and effective resolution of risks and issues to drive successful outcomes for the Digital Delivery teams.
- Strong influencing skills – the ability to explain to various senior executives and partners why you're prioritising one feature over another in a release (using evidence and data to back up your decision-making process).
- Relevant industry experience in data.
- Understanding and knowledge of Data Warehouse.
- Experience of BI reporting.
- End-to-end Data Estate.
