About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Product Owner to join our team at Girlguiding. As a Senior Digital Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development of our digital products, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users' needs and preferences
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver digital products that meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize product development
  • Lead the development of product visions, roadmaps, and backlogs
  • Manage and maintain healthy product backlogs, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with business objectives
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
  • Collect and present key performance data and analysis to inform product decisions

About You

We are looking for a Senior Digital Product Owner who is passionate about delivering high-quality digital products that meet the needs of our users. You will have a strong understanding of digital product development, including Agile methodologies and user-centered design principles.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital product development, with a focus on user-centered design and Agile methodologies
  • Strong understanding of digital product development principles, including user experience design, content design, and accessibility
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
