Key Responsibilities- Leadership
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Champion agile practices across the organization and ensure a holistic approach to technology and business.
- Delivery
- Responsible for delivering the strategy defined by the Product Manager/Business Owner and supported by the Value Stream Product Owner.
- Accountable for defining Epics and Stories within feature teams and prioritizing the feature team Backlog.
- Responsible for coordinating Epics through the ART Kanban and guiding the breakdown of Epics into Features in collaboration with Solution Architect/Tech Lead/RTE.
- Capabilities
- Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, team members, and product owners.
- Agile leadership, facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Stakeholder engagement and strong influencing skills to explain prioritization decisions to senior executives and partners.
- Relevant Industry Experience
- Relevant experience in data storage, piping, and collection.
- Understanding and knowledge of data warehouses and BI reporting.
- End-to-end data estate experience.
- Specialist Knowledge & Skills
- SAFe Agile experience.
- Strong dependency management and effective resolution of risks and issues.
