About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Owner to join our team at Change-it Professional Services Ltd. As a Senior Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development of our data and analytics products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Backlog Development: Develop and maintain the product backlog, gathering requirements from stakeholders and developing effective user stories.
  • Agile Environment: Work in an agile environment, ensuring that all assigned development teams are able to build consistently and with a constant flow of requirements.
  • Refinement Sessions: Lead and facilitate effective refinement sessions with Development Teams, providing suitable input and preparation ahead of refinement sessions to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders about complex technical concepts, defining and prioritizing features, refining scope, and collecting story requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Risk Management: Identify product-related risks, determine suitable mitigations, and agree these with dependent product areas, managing decisions and escalating rapidly as required.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve product processes within teams, product areas, and on the wider programme to enhance efficiency and quality of product development, agile practice, and product strategy.
Requirements
  • Strong Experience: Strong experience of backlog development and gathering feedback on the product in an agile environment.
  • Technical Skills: Experience of implementing data & analytics systems and products using Azure tech stack.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance competing tasks and demands effectively.
