Business Development Specialist

**Job Overview:**
We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to drive our business growth, focusing on identifying, engaging, and converting target prospects. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in a business development or sales role who wants to make an immediate impact while developing their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Research: Identify and track relevant decision-makers and influencers in our target organisations, build comprehensive profiles of buyer intent and behaviour, highlighting opportunities for engagement.
- Outreach and Engagement: Use CRM tools and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to create and execute high-impact, multi-channel campaigns, source 'out-of-the-box' opportunities to engage prospects through innovative approaches and in-person interactions.
- Sales Support and Collaboration: Support the Head of Growth in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches, participate in client pitches and meetings, gaining exposure to high-value deal processes.
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM platforms, ensuring full visibility of the sales pipeline, analyse and report on key metrics, providing actionable recommendations to optimise business development efforts.
Requirements:
- Essential Skills and Experience: 2-3 years in a business development, sales, or related role, strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM platforms, excellent communication skills, with proven experience in building relationships and presenting ideas effectively.
- Highly Desired Skills: Experience in B2B SaaS or consulting/strategy, familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and the ability to manage a robust prospecting strategy, comfort and proficiency in presenting and public speaking.
