About the Role

The Property Transfer Administrator will be responsible for delivering excellent administration in a timely and effective manner to support the buying, selling, and sub-letting of retirement apartments within the Churchill Estates portfolio.

This role will involve dealing with all aspects of administration relating to property sales, transfers, and rentals, including liaising with solicitors, internal stakeholders, homeowners, and their families, Land Registry, and other external parties.

The successful candidate will be an organised individual with excellent communication skills and a great eye for detail, able to work in a timely and efficient manner, managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritising workload effectively.

They will also be required to remain up to date with current and new legislation relevant to ARMA, AIRPM, and RICS, with ongoing training and support provided.

About You

You'll demonstrate a passion and interest in all things 'property' with proven administration experience, ideally in estate agency, lettings, legal administration, or similar.
