Office Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team at A for Appointments in Sheffield/Rotherham. As the first point of contact for clients and staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Provide a welcoming and friendly reception service, receiving deliveries and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Support individual departments through the purchase and ordering process.
  • Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proficient in using office software and equipment.
