Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Glu Recruit LTD. As the first point of contact for our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
  • Oversee the maintenance of office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Assist with HR functions, such as onboarding, absence recording, and employee relations
  • Assist with Finance functions, including invoice entry, budget management, and expense processing
Requirements:
  • Strong work ethic with a drive to complete tasks with high-quality standards
  • Good understanding of office management principles and best practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse team and independently
  • Proficiency in using accounting software (Xero or Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
