We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our data quality initiatives in adult social care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, data quality, and team leadership.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing data cleansing projects, supervising team members, and ensuring that our systems are accurate and reliable. You will also be involved in establishing projects, tracking progress, and resolving any issues that arise during the process.

About the Role:

  • Hybrid role requiring 1-2 days per week onsite
  • Initially for 3-6 months
  • Play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality data across multiple teams and offices in Stoke

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data cleansing of 13,000 records in the Liquidlogic system
  • Supervise data quality and business support officers
  • Establish and track project progress
  • Resolve issues related to data cleansing

Requirements:

  • Adult social care case recording experience
  • Project management/team management experience in social care
  • Data quality/data cleansing/quality assurance expertise

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
