Education Data Coordinator

In this role, you will be working closely with schools to ensure we have accurate and updated information from them. You will be office-based, although some home working is arranged on a rota basis depending on the demands of the service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process school data and collaborate with schools to ensure accurate information
- Collect weekly attendance for pupils attending Staffordshire Schools and our vulnerable populations
- Work with schools to collect and import school files
- Data Quality - run reports and update data
- Produce high-quality process notes and arrange meetings for projects
- Manage the School Census, working with schools to ensure they have recorded the data correctly
- Collect assessment data from schools
The estimated salary for this position is £18,000-£22,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of the role in supporting the Schools Data Team.
