Asct - Patient Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate Patient Experience Coordinator to join our Urgent Care team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every patient has a positive experience at our facility.

**Estimated Salary: $52,500.00 per year**

Primary Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients, collect necessary information, and register them for care
• Collect payments and process financial transactions accurately
• Measure and collect patient data, including vital signs and medical history
• Document data accurately in medical records and communicate results to patients
• Assist providers with front office and back office duties on a rotating basis
• Perform radiologic procedures, including X-rays, and ensure images are transferred to the radiology group
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
• Assist with lab tests, diagnostic testing, and medication administration as directed by providers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare staff
• Coordinate referrals, appointments, and follow-up care for patients

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• 1+ year of experience in healthcare or customer service
• Certification in radiologic technology and BLS required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with electronic health records and basic computer skills required
