We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a highly skilled Data Collection Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, maintaining updated data and meeting deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process school data and collaborate with schools to ensure its accuracy.
  • Collect weekly attendance for pupils attending Staffordshire Schools and vulnerable populations.
  • Work with schools to collect and import school files.
  • Data Quality - run reports and update data.
  • Produce high-quality process notes and arrange meetings for projects.
  • Manage the School Census, working with schools to ensure they have recorded the data correctly.
  • Collect assessment data from schools.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This part-time position (18-22 hours per week) offers flexible working arrangements, including office-based and home working on a rota basis.
