At Freight Personnel, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Business Growth Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves driving the successful acquisition of high-quality new business accounts using a consultative selling approach.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and managing a strong pipeline while sourcing your own leads to achieve a high conversion of new business.

The ideal candidate will have an International e-commerce or International Courier background, with a successful record and the drive to bring on good quality accounts. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying, managing, and developing prospects for new business to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
  2. Directly interacting with customers' senior management to identify opportunities and generate professional proposals.
  3. Negotiating, managing, and implementing agreed commercial agreements to gain additional business.
  4. Following up on all leads identified through our internal data strategy.
  5. Managing data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring accurate logging and completion daily.
