International Business Growth Manager

At Freight Personnel, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Business Growth Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves driving the successful acquisition of high-quality new business accounts using a consultative selling approach.
">We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and managing a strong pipeline while sourcing your own leads to achieve a high conversion of new business.
The ideal candidate will have an International e-commerce or International Courier background, with a successful record and the drive to bring on good quality accounts. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying, managing, and developing prospects for new business to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
- Directly interacting with customers' senior management to identify opportunities and generate professional proposals.
- Negotiating, managing, and implementing agreed commercial agreements to gain additional business.
- Following up on all leads identified through our internal data strategy.
- Managing data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring accurate logging and completion daily.
