Job Overview

ThePlaceToBe is seeking a Business Growth Manager to join our team in Leeds. This role involves leading projects, generating insights, and driving creative direction for clients. As a Business Growth Manager, you will oversee planning projects, work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, and provide strategic advice to support client growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work, contributing to thought leadership across the business, and guiding internal teams to refine the creative process. You should have a proven track record of developing successful brand strategies that drive brand growth and business results, along with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects and generate insights to drive creative direction for clients
  • Oversight of planning projects and close collaboration with clients
  • Provide strategic advice to support client growth and foster strong client connections
  • Contribute to thought leadership across the business through articles, blog posts, and event appearances

Requirements:

  • Few years of experience as a strategist, ideally with a bias towards Branding
  • Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies that drive brand growth and business results
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
