Business Banking Relationship Manager

About the Role:
At Bank of America, we are committed to helping our clients achieve their financial goals through our expertise in business banking. As a Business Banking Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of complex clients and prospects, providing them with financial solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide clients with comprehensive financial solutions, including credit, treasury management, and investment banking services.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to clients on how to optimize their financial performance.
- Lead and facilitate dialogue with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions to address their challenges.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial lending, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of sales and relationship-building experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics, or equivalent relevant work experience.
