About this opportunity

We have an exciting role for a Relationship Director to join our Mid Corporate team at Lloyds Banking Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and helping local businesses in the West Midlands area to grow and thrive.

What you'll be doing

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide them with the funding, support, and financial services they require to succeed. This will involve developing strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and working with our credit analysis team to assess and mitigate risk.

What you'll need

  • Prior experience in Corporate or Commercial banking and a strong understanding of credit analysis.
  • Excellent relationship skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess and interpret financial and non-financial information.
