Business Development Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at Career Cross Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities in the Midlands area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uncover new business opportunities through proactive and innovative means.
- Meet annual sales targets as agreed upon with the Sales Director.
- Keep clients informed about our products and services.
- Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Own and communicate account development for key clients.
- Ensure timely and professional delivery of pricing, proposals, and tender documentation.
- Maintain relationships with external suppliers and address pre-sales commercial issues.
- Own the end-to-end sales process through the lifecycle of sales projects.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in IT Networking Infrastructure, Wi-Fi, Data Cabling, and Managed Services.
- Sales opening and closing techniques.
- Experience selling I.T and Infrastructure solutions.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Familiarity with Sales Database – CRM.
- 3-4 years of experience in IT Networking Infrastructure.
- 3-4 years of experience in Sales.
