Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at Career Cross Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities in the Midlands area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uncover new business opportunities through proactive and innovative means.
  • Meet annual sales targets as agreed upon with the Sales Director.
  • Keep clients informed about our products and services.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Own and communicate account development for key clients.
  • Ensure timely and professional delivery of pricing, proposals, and tender documentation.
  • Maintain relationships with external suppliers and address pre-sales commercial issues.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process through the lifecycle of sales projects.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in IT Networking Infrastructure, Wi-Fi, Data Cabling, and Managed Services.
  • Sales opening and closing techniques.
  • Experience selling I.T and Infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen.
  • Familiarity with Sales Database – CRM.
  • 3-4 years of experience in IT Networking Infrastructure.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Sales.
