About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team at Kathryn Homes. As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging activities tailored to each of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute meaningful activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities
- Mentor and train staff on effective interaction and engagement techniques
- Ensure resident dignity and self-esteem are upheld through positive relationships and interactions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Experience working in a care home setting or similar environment
- Ability to lead groups and organize events
