We are seeking an experienced IT Support Professional to join our team in the UK. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and repair services for our clients' IT equipment.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will have a strong background in PC field service or workshop environments, with experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex laptop break/fix repairs. Accreditation in HP and Dell training is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage queue tickets assigned to your Hub, ensuring timely updates and call management to maintain service levels as per contract.
  • Effectively manage stock and asset management of kit in/out (scan items in/out of locations) as per contract.
  • Triage and perform hardware repairs of 'in Warranty kit' and liaise with vendors for parts and returns as per contract.
  • Highlight potential issues with service/potential service improvements to your Team Leader.

The ideal candidate will have a full clean driving license and be willing to join the OOH rota and standby. The salary for this position is £51 per hour (7.5 hours per day), making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their career in IT field service.
