Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Operations Trainee to join our team. As a Client Service Operations Trainee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Tasks
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, and live online chat.
  • Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records, updating our CRM and spreadsheets daily, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Support sales operations and assist sales managers with daily business and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with client research requests using Salesforce.
  • Handle student requests.
  • Ensure the overall appearance of our office is tidy and organized, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all visitors.
  • Order, maintain, and restock office supplies, drinks, and snacks.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks to support the entire office as needed.
Requirements
  • Education to a 2:1 degree or higher.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to high standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-first mindset with a desire to proactively engage with customers.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize work.
  • Confident providing customer service, particularly on the phone and via email.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a passion for finding solutions to problems rather than waiting for others to do so.
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential.
